It worked well at first, so I was happy with it for a while. but after a few months, it started acting up and the readings got kind of weird. I couldn’t really Trust it anymore, which was frustrating. for the price, I expected it to hold up better.

I thought this was going to feel a lot more premium for the price. It looks great online, but once I had it in hand, I was kind of underwhelmed.

It works fine, but I’ve used cheaper options that did pretty much the same thing. Some of the fancy design touches felt unnecessary, like they were just there to make it seem more expensive.

For what I paid, I really expected to be impressed, and I just wasn’t. I wouldn’t buy it again unless the price dropped a lot.

I really wanted this to work out, but it stopped heating properly after just about a week. My food kept coming out unevenly warmed, with some parts hot and others still kind of cold. i regret not reading more reviews before buying it

Right away, this felt sturdy when I opened it up. Nothing seemed cheap or flimsy, and everything looked like it was put together well. I even checked my order email and receipt just to make sure I got the right model, and so far I’m happy with it.

I mainly bought this because I really don’t enjoy scrubbing after cooking, it’s been way easier to deal with than my old one. The tray wipes down fast, and most of the mess comes off without me having to soak it forever.
The only reason I wouldn’t give it a full 5 stars is that the edges do catch a little oil sometimes... not a huge deal! It just means I have to go back over it with an extra wipe here and there.

I tried this on both chicken and steak, and neither one came out right. The thermometer kept saying they were done, but when I cut into them, they were still undercooked inside. I even checked it multiple times because I thought maybe I was doing something wrong, but it gave me the same kind of misleading reading. Having to keep verifying the temperature over and over basically defeats the whole point. Frustrating, especially for what it costs.

I had a small issue with my Typhur order, so I reached out to customer service to get it sorted out.

The person who replied was friendly, and from the tone of their message I got the feeling they were genuinely trying to help, not just sending a canned response. It did take a little longer than I expected to hear back, which made me assume they were probably busy or backed up.

Once they replied, everything was straightforward and they fixed the issue. Overall, it was a good experience, just not perfect because of the delay. I’d still order from them again.

I just couldn’t get into the design. Everything on typhur.com feels super modern and shiny, almost like it’s trying a bit too hard. The products have that bulky tech-gadget look, and I kept wondering if other people actually like that style in a kitchen, because it really doesn’t match mine.

The website felt a little overdone too, with huge images and way more scrolling than I expected. I was just looking for simple, straightforward info, but it gave more of a high-end gadget showroom vibe. Maybe that appeals to some people, but after looking around, it’s just not really my style.

It showed up later than I expected, so that was a little frustrating. Something about it just felt like it took longer than it should have.

To be fair, I did get it working in the end, and the product seems fine so far. The setup just took longer than I expected because a few parts of the instructions were a little confusing. Not a huge deal, but it could definitely be clearer.

I’m not sure if I was just missing something obvious, but I had a hard time using the site. The pages felt a bit confusing, and I kept clicking around trying to find basic info that I thought would be easy to spot. Checkout wasn’t very smooth for me either. Maybe other people have no trouble with it, but I got annoyed quickly and ended up giving up.

Overall, the product does what it’s supposed to do, but the app connection has been a little hit or miss for me. It disconnects every now and then, which gets annoying, and the setup took longer than I expected. Compared to a couple of similar products I’ve used, the hardware is fine, but the app experience doesn’t feel quite as smooth. Not a dealbreaker, but definitely something that could be improved
